Frank Rodman was very close with Lucy French Wilcox (donor’s grandmother) of 273 Highland Avenue in Fall River and her father, Dr. Rev. Richard F. Wilcox, who during the 70’s was minister at First Congregational Church of Fall River on Rock Street.
