Westport Harbor Pop-Up Museum

12 – 4 PM Thursday August 11 at the Acoaxet Chapel Community Hall, 36 Howland Road, Westport.

You are invited to participate in our community Pop-Up Museum. Westport Harbor, including the area known as Acoaxet, has a strong sense of identity and a unique history. The Westport Historical Society will share images and artifacts from their collections relating to this area of town. Bring along an object, photo, or recollection to share. A pop-up museum is a temporary exhibit created by the participants. Conversation and sharing of stories is encouraged! All objects are returned to you at the end of the event. Free and open to all.
