Take a walk through time on the Handy House Heritage Trail!
10 AM Saturday June 11 (rain date 10 AM Sunday June 12)
202 Hix Bridge Road, Westport MA
Join archaeologist Holly Herbster to explore Westport’s 12,000 years of human history and what archaeologists have learned from the physical materials left behind. We’ll also look for clues about the past visible along the trail and we’ll celebrate the installation of new signage highlighting Native American heritage of this region.
Holly Herbster is Senior Archaeologist/Principal Investigator at The Public Archaeology Laboratory, Inc.
